Booking and confirmation

A booking is confirmed only once payment has been completed and you have received our confirmation email with your travel voucher. Selecting a tour without completing payment does not reserve a seat.

Please check traveller names, travel date, number of travellers and pick-up details before confirming. Incorrect details may prevent you from joining the trip.

Prices and payment

Prices shown are in Thai Baht and may vary by travel date or group size. The price charged is the one shown on the summary screen before you pay.

Payments are processed by an external payment provider. We do not store your card details on our systems.

Changes and cancellations

Cancellation and refund conditions are those stated on each individual tour page, because they differ from trip to trip. Please review them before confirming your booking.

Requests to change a travel date or booking details depend on availability and confirmation from the local operator.

Safety and events beyond our control

We or the local operator may cancel or adjust an itinerary where safety is affected — for example weather conditions, closures ordered by the authorities, or other events beyond our control. In such cases we will offer an alternative date or a refund in line with that tour's conditions.

Traveller responsibilities

Travellers are responsible for carrying any required travel documents, arriving at the meeting point on time, and following the safety instructions given by staff throughout the trip. Missing a departure due to late arrival is not grounds for a refund.

Please tell us about health conditions, allergies or special requirements at the time of booking so that we can prepare appropriately.
